Legislator Brian Scavo is set to propose sweeping laws for Albany County and NYS against CYBER BULLYS and Cyber Slander.


 Any kind of Cyber harassment which can do harm to an individual be it financial or mental anguish.


Free speech is one thing, but Cyber bullys killed a young girl and we must protect our kids and our seniors and our families against these cyber terrorists..who seek to humiliate and slander.


Sadly but we must set a guidelines for internet comment and help these internet companies police their content.
